Banana Carrot Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cups dairy free milk of choice
two big handfuls of carrots
2 big handfulls of spinach or kale
1 large banana
2 cups frozen fruit of choice
Directions:
Throw all ingredients into a blender in the order listed and blend until smooth. Grab a straw and enjoy!
