Vegan Portobello Burger

Vegan Portobello Burger

Ingredients:

1 portobello mushroom caps
Red onion slices
Fresh baby spinach
Bell pepper slices
Whole wheat hamburger bun

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and grill mushrooms for 20 minutes.
2. Layer everything on a bun, then eat and enjoy!
