Smoothie Recipe #1

1 to 1 1/2 cups orange juice
1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 cup chopped kale
5 strawberries
1 banana
1 cup raspberries or blueberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon spirulina
a little water if too thick
